List Price: This is the suggested retail price of an item from a manufacturer, supplier, or other retailer.

One-Time Purchase: When a product is on sale, the strike-though amount is the List Price and the amount in green is today’s sale price.

One-Time Purchase strike-through: One-Time purchase price is on sale. The strike-though amount is the List Price. The amount in green is today’s price.

First Auto Delivery: The First Auto Delivery order is 35% off of the One-Time purchase price.

Recurring Shipments: If the Auto Delivery option is selected, then this is the price that you can expect to pay for all subsequent shipments of this product. This is the One-Time price discounted by up to 15%.

We love sending personalized recommendations for your pet! You can update and make changes to your pet’s information anytime by clicking the Update Your Pets & Preferences link at the bottom of emails you receive from us. From there, you’ll find all the pet information we have listed on your account and you can make any necessary changes. Can’t find an email from us? Visit the Preferences page to enter your email and the most up-to-date information associated with your account. That will clear and update all current data.

If you can't find the nutritional facts of a product on the website, you can request that information by contacting our Customer Care Team. They'll just have to sniff out the information, so please be patient as they find it for you!

Of course! Log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner of the website or clicking here: Visit My Account. From your account page, click on Auto Delivery and find Subscriptions in the dropdown. From there, your options are to: Edit, Change Date, Send Now, Skip, Cancel, Pause, Add Products, Change Billing, Change Shipping, or Reactivate Past Subscriptions. 

Please allow 24-48 hours before the shipping date for modifications or cancellations to be processed. After your order has been processed, you can’t make changes or cancel your order.

 

Click on My Account or click on the person icon at the top right of our site to sign in to your account. From the login page, click on the link that says "Forgot your password?" An email with a reset password link will be sent to you. 

 

Once an order is placed it enters the shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online.  If your order was placed within 24 hours, you may call us at 888-937-6677 to find out if there is still time to modify it.
Return any product for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a refund equal to the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges). The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. As a policy, Only Natural Pet does not cover the cost of return shipping. However, you are welcome to return your package in the manner that is most convenient for you. Rebates will not be earned on wholesale, resale, international or taxes paid for those that qualify.

The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged based on the price of the purchased products and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.

Sales Tax-Exempt Customers: Tax exempt purchases can only be made when paid for directly with funds of the organization. Any personal purchases are required to be made using a separate account and e-mail address.

Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes that are not collected during Checkout. When placing an orders you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information
